Terms of service.

Engagements

Every project starts with a written agreement stating scope, deliverables, price and timeline. The published prices on our pricing page are the prices we charge; a fixed quote is agreed in writing before any work begins, and changes to scope are quoted the same way before they are built.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. On cancellation you can request a full handover of your site's code and content.

Ownership

One-time builds transfer full ownership of the delivered code and content to you on final payment. On hosted monthly plans, your content is always yours; the underlying build is transferred to you on handover.

Warranty and liability

We fix defects in delivered work at no charge. Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Law and disputes

Engagements are governed by the law of the EU member state stated in the written agreement. Questions first: hello@onestopdigital.eu.
